SLH Properties Limited is an Aylesbury-based construction and property-development company. We build new houses, extend and renovate existing homes, and develop residential sites for people who intend to live in them.

Extensions & renovations
We extend and refurbish existing homes, adding space and modernising older properties. From single-storey extensions to whole-house renovations, we work alongside owners to reshape how a home functions.
Residential development
We develop residential property — acquiring sites, coordinating design and consents, and building homes for the local market across Aylesbury and the surrounding Buckinghamshire towns and villages.

Plan
We agree the brief, set the drawings and programme, and line up the consents and site preparation before a single course is laid. Clear scope up front keeps the rest of the build honest.

Build
We construct in sequence — groundworks, structure, weathertight envelope, then services and finishes — with our own trades and long-standing local subcontractors carrying the work.

Handover
We snag, test and clean the property, walk the owner through it, and hand over a completed home with the paperwork in order and a point of contact for anything that follows.
